Raina and Ken have been married since 1974. They were born and raised in Juniata County. Raina has been working alongside of her husband Ken for over 35 years as together they have done pastoral ministry. They began their Christian life together over 37 years ago and were called into ministry at Cedar Grove in 1979.
She is mother to three sons and their wives: Sam, Mashawn, Dan, Kristin, Mike, and Amber. She is also Grammy Hepner to 10 little Hepners.
She accepted the call of the Lord and Cedar Grove Church to be the Director of Senior Adult Ministries in 2013. Her ministry involves visiting those who are lonely, the shut-ins, and those in nursing homes. She is involved in ministry activities of the senior adults of Cedar Grove Church and acquaintances of the church family.
She will also continue to work with Ken in premarital counseling, teaching couples classes, and in meeting with women when needed. She feels so blessed to be part of the staff and that God has prepared her to do this role with her life’s experiences.
